to nature while being at the very heart of the vibrant city centre. Its unique style and architecture offers a relaxing and easy stay! The building is a listed historic building, the apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator. A/C, wifi, fully equipped kitchen!
This is a unique apartment very centrally located close to Proxenou Koromila and Tsimiski Str., right in the heart of the city centre! 1 minute from the vibrant Waterfront and 3 minutes from Tsimiski Str.! Nevertheless, it's style and architecture will offer you a very relaxed stay as if you were on the countryside! The wooden roof top, the cosy terrace with its greenery and herb collection, the wooden floor, all furniture and objects collected with passion and love by the owners, create a unique atmosphere to enjoy your stay! A conscious and environmental friendly lifestyle is part of this apartment, so you will only find natural materials in this space such as wooden floors, marble sinks, wooden saloon doors and other handmade details! Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling ventilation, an Air Condition is also available for hot summer period. The main bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony and the second bedroom has a double bed at the attic with a beautiful wooden roof top. A television is not part of this space, but you can enjoy some radio music! This is an ideal escape in the city centre! Please note that it is on the fourth floor of a historic building without elevator!
Guests have access to all spaces of the apartment, living room, kitchen,2 bedrooms, rooftop terrace and backside balcony (where the washer and storage is).
We like welcoming and meeting people from all over the world. We have a ton of answers and information for the city and its secrets, but we can also be very discreet (or even invisible).
You will probably choose the apartment for your stay if location is very important for you! This doesn't get more centrally located if it gets to Thessaloniki!! Morkentaoy street and P. Koromila street are one of the most attractive streets in the centre of the city, thus very quiet with very little traffic! Apart from fancy boutiques in this neighbourhood, you will also find a bakery , grocery shop and convenience store 24/7 on a 2 minute distance!
If you are planning to explore the city, you might not need to use public transport, but reach every point of interest on foot! From the airport you can take bus no. X1 and get off at bus stop "Kamara" and walk back for about 10 minutes to the apartment. If you are travelling with lots of luggage, consider taking a taxi from the airport flat rate 20€.
